Here lies proof that times of great excess leads to wacky inventions, 

such as 

Apple paratha!

Apple, strawberry, kumquat roti

Banana dosa!

They say, when life gives you lemons-make lemonade. But when you foolishly buy more apples than you like to eat; grow kumquat trees in your balcony; or forget you vowed to eat banana-breakfast ? Well then you just make them brunch :-)
